Terms of Service

PhotoBox Studio provides template-based tools that transform photos with artificial intelligence. Results are AI-generated images, not photographs taken in a physical studio, and may contain visual inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing every result before using it for a profile, publication, application, commercial purpose, or other important decision. We do not guarantee an exact likeness or suitability for official identification.

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the service.

You keep your rights in photos you upload. You grant PhotoBox Studio a limited permission to store and process those photos only to operate, secure, improve, and support the requested service.

Upload only photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, or privacy-infringing material, or use the service to impersonate another person without authorization.

Credits are a prepaid service balance used for generation. They are not cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no value outside PhotoBox Studio. The checkout shows the price, currency, and credits before payment.

A generation locks the displayed number of credits. If PhotoBox Studio cannot complete a generation because of a system failure, those credits are returned automatically. Refund requests for unused top-up credits may be reviewed within 7 days of payment and remain subject to available balance and payment-provider processing.

Templates, prices, providers, and service availability may change. Material changes will be presented through the service or an updated version of these terms before they take effect where required.

We may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain service integrity.

You can delete eligible stored originals or request account deletion from the workbench. Active generations and unresolved payments or refunds must finish first so balances and provider records remain consistent.

Account deletion removes account-bound photos, results, tasks, recharge records, and credit history from the active service, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or financial obligations.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PhotoBox Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from generated-image inaccuracies, unavailable providers, or uses that conflict with these terms.
